أصبح حمل السلاح الشخصي مشكلة تهدد المجتمع اليمني لما يتعرض له الأشخاص من القتل لأجل أسباب تافة في حالة غضب الأشخاص الذين يحملون السلاح الشخصي ونتيجة الغضب قادتني عيوني إلى منظر لم يكن في الحسبان ولم نتوقع أن يحدث أي تطاول حيث في يوم من الأيام سمعت شجار في الشارع فقادني الفضول لمعرفة ما يجرى في الشارع حيث نظرت من نافذة المنزل فإذا بصدام خفيف حصل بين سيارتين حيث احد مالكي هذه السيارة يحمل جنبية وبينما الآخر لا يحمل شي وبما أن الشجار اشتد بين صاحبين السيارتين فإذا الشخص الذي يحمل جنبية قام بإخراجها لكي يطعن الشخص الآخر ولولا وجود شخص ليتدخل في حل النزاع لكنا صاحب السيارة الأخرى مات .
لماذا عندما يكون هناك غضب يثر الأشخاص لاتفة الأسباب لآجل القتل ، إذن ما هو دور الحكومة في هذا الشأن وما دور المجتمعات المدني في هذا المجال فإذا فرضت الحكومة بعمل دستور ينص على منع حمل السلاح الشخصي في الشوارع وفي أي مكان فان هذا سوف يخفف من جرائم القتل العمد.

Carrying personal weapon has become a problem threatening Yemeni society as against the persons of murder for trivial reasons in the case of the anger of people who carry personal weapon and the result of anger as my eyes led me to view was not taken into account and did not expect to happen; one day I heard quarrel in the street and I was wonder to know what is going in the street as I saw from the window where a light accident between two cars so that one of the owners of the car carrying poniard (janbiah ) while the other did not have something and the dispute has intensified between the two persons , the person took out the poniard (janbiah ) to kill the other and except for existed another man to intervene in order to resolve this problem .

Why when there is anger the people become nervous for any stupid reason for murder so what is the role of government and civil organization in this? If the government makes constitution that states to stop carrying personal weapon in street or any place so this will reduce the homicide on purpose.
